Did the Seahawks really win last night?

Last night during NFL’s Monday Night Football game between the Packers and the Seahawks was decided in the final seconds by a controversial and widely considered incorrect call by the replacement referees. To give some background, during the off season the NFL’s referees decided to go on strike demanding higher pay to compensate for the difficulty of their ever changing job. Now three weeks into the season, The NFL lockout continues, and NFL fans have witnessed the countless mistakes made by the inexperienced NFL’s replacement referees.
This time, the NFL’s negligence has cost Green Bay a victory, and it has cost the league an incredible amount of trust the fans should really never give back.
Dan Levy, National Sports Writer
during the last play Russell Wilson throws a hail marry deep down the field to the end zone. The ball is clearly picked off by Packers safety M.D. Jennings but as the referee quickly scramble to make the call, one signals touchdown, and the other touchback. Watch the video below and see for yourself.

I hope that after all the controversy that this game has brought up the NFL will give in and decide to give the NFL refs what they want. Even Obama believes the time has come to have them back officiating the game. Regardless of who actually won the Monday Night Football i think all NFL fans, including myself, would love to see the old refs back doing their jobs. Give me your opinion on what the outcome of the game should have been in the comments below, Seahawks win? Packers win? Let me know.

The final score was 14-12 Seahawks, so to answer your question, yes the Seahawks really did win. It might’ve been an interception but one call doesn’t determine a winner. The Packers, who are/were a Super Bowl favorite had no business letting a game against the Seahawks come down to one final Hail Mary. The regular refs would’ve also had a difficult time in making the call.

This strike has received far more attention than that of the Chicago teachers. Fairly depressing.

The amount that people care about this is mind blowing

The original call on the field was a touchdown and the refs can not review who caught the ball. So yes, the seahawks really did win
